Unable to save gprs settings on my nokia 3110c.

I am using Nokia 3110 C. Whenever i receive configuration settings from my service provider, it shows "only 70 sets allowed & Configuration discarded" alert.
And if i go by "Settings -> Configuration -> Personal configuration settings ->and add new" , it shows "cannot add new account memory full".
But i have sufficient remaining memory of 2mb. I have been facing this problem since 1 month. Kindly please do suggest me a solution to this.
I also did a complete factory settings restore, but nothing happened. I will be very thankful to u, if u help me.

Are bro...u just delete some old configuration settings from ur mobile and problem will b resolved....plz hit thnx if it works..!

already deleted old configuration settings.......but problem not solved.

did u tried to reset ur phone by pressing *#7370# than try again
