I have been charged Rs20 per 10days don't know for what service,I called Customer Care,they said that they will look into the matter n will reply within 4 days,but nothin happened.

I am gettin the message as follows:
"Thanks for using (Subscriptions, TextBasedServices) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You've been charged Rs 20."

I have sent a sms as STOP to 121 to see what services are active,n found that 2 services
1.VideoTashan, n
2.Portfolio manager
are active,I dont know know how to deactivate them,are these services charging me??

Please someone help me,please....

D best way to solve d problem is to directly go to d Airtel Gallery(if it's nearby) rather than talking with CC,bcos its of no use

Yashu bro,there is no option of Unsubscribing portfolio manager there,it has only an option of Subscribing :( and I myself dont know about VideoTashan,n I do not recieve any such service messages :(

first send sms stop to 121. after delivered da sms u immediately get a return sms with the option of ur activated service. now reply back on da same with only 1, 2 (option) which ever service u want to stop. after few minutes u get a sms 4m 121 ur dis n dis service is stop.

i just stopped my LOOT LO SERVICE of airtel wep wid same procedure. n its very common dis days on airtel delhi.
koi bhi service ka 6461100 se sms aa jata hai.

thanks all,i have sent the sms n think that service have been deactivated.....portfolio manager was charging me Rs.20, but i donno how it got activated by itself........

Service messages might be the one which might had activated your portofolio manager. Those msg contains links wic might be a direct subscribtion or download. I had stopped these msg in my phone :)

I have also stopped service messages....N yes this STOP service introduced by airtel is good as there CC are all dumb.
